To become involved with the TitlePLUS program², you need to do one of the following:

	1.	if you are the first notary/lawyer in your firm to subscribe to the TitlePLUS program, you simply complete a TitlePLUS Subscription Agreement and return it to us for approval. Your area consultant will contact you to introduce him/herself and tell you more about our products;
	or
	2.	if any other notaries/lawyers in your firm have already signed a TitlePLUS Subscription Agreement, please call us at 1-800-410-1013.

Please note, if Xceed Mortgage Corporation and Xceed Funding Corporation is the lender in your real estate transaction, you must complete the Centralized Funding Forms and return them to us for processing.
