Making a Claim
If your clients wish to file a claim under their TitlePLUS policy1, review the section of the policy entitled "If you have a Claim" with them and have them complete the TitlePLUS Proof of Loss form. The policy requires that your clients notify us in writing of a claim as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of an issue.
When the TitlePLUS Proof of Loss form is complete, it should be sent to the attention of the New Claims Co-ordinator, TitlePLUS at Assurance LAWPRO. A staff member from the Claims Department may contact you to obtain any additional information needed to assess the claim.
